She was a day tripper, a one way ticket yeah
The day started at 9:30 at everyone’s second home, Clayton. We mingled a bit, to warm our hands, and to warm our hearts for camaraderie. We headed off to Arthur’s Seat, found some kangaroos, and some members may or may not have been told off for getting too close.
Using our legs, we walked down some lovely greenery paths. Lots of tress. Lots of trees. Did we mention, lots of trees? We finally stumbled upon Arthur’s Seat, and took a group photo.
We partook in nourishment of the body, and the BBQ was of 3 Michelin Star quality (or not).
We split up to Enchanted Maze (Very a-mazey. Green. Sculptures. Green slide), and Dromana beach (everybody went straight for the cafe for coffee and hot drinks. Went for gelato (berry nice), went to the sand) then we all stopped over for a view of the sunset.
We rendezvoused at Clayton Station and had customary Post-Day Trip dinner at Ping’s Dumplings (we are not sponsored by Ping’s Dumplings, but we’re listening, Ping, we’re listening!).
